Growth Mindset
Carol Dweck's growth mindset is a life-changing mantra for betterment. The growth mindset, as opposed to the fixed mindset, establishes a positive outlook on life that encourages failing forward. The growth mindset encourages risk taking and accepts failure as part of the learning process.
