"Be a Fruit Loop in a world full of Cheerios."
A colorful life is a unique life that allows for individuality. Teaching in color means to accept and embrace student personalities and needs. Learning in color means to learn in a way that suits your personality. Living in color means to experience everything that is beautiful in the world. Color is bold and different, and that is what education needs.

My name is Brooke Josephs, and I am a fourth grade teacher in Pennsylvania. I believe that life success begins at the elementary level and that education is the gateway to success for young children. As a teacher, I aspire to motivate students to discover their unique strengths and abilities. I aim to provide a stimulating and nurturing learning environment that encourages students to work hard and develop a love of learning. My goal is to foster 21st century learners and critical thinkers through the growth mindset, COVA, digital learning, STREAM, and color.
